Going for a full-tilt 5k run, sweat, endorphin high, shower
Playing with my children, talking about how the world works, physics
Cooking with real food, ie vegetables
Writing again. Playing again. Maybe sleeping.
Family, dinner table, laughing, board game, warm cheeks.
Reading, silence, in bed until I sleep.
