2. Fiction: Different pen name. Writing stories is what I do whenever I can grab a spare moment.

The Ideal Day

Waking early, at the first light of sunrise

Writing, playing.

Being creatively drained, fully drained by 10 a.m.

Going for a full-tilt 5k run, sweat, endorphin high, shower

Playing with my children, talking about how the world works, physics

Cooking with real food, ie vegetables

Writing again. Playing again. Maybe sleeping.

Family, dinner table, laughing, board game, warm cheeks.

Reading, silence, in bed until I sleep.
